BESEEO, UNIPESSOAL LDA (Portugal Insurance Hub, NIF 514 172 061, District de Mafra, Portugal) operates this website to facilitate connections between users and a certified partner insurance broker. We are neither an insurer nor a broker. These Terms of Use govern the use of the site. By accessing or using the site, you accept these terms without reservation.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use define the rules for using the site's services:

  • →Filling out forms to qualify insurance requests.
  • →Forwarding qualified data to our partner broker.
  • →Contact form and general information.

2. Access to the Service

  • →Free access, no prior registration required.
  • →We reserve the right to suspend access in case of abusive use (spam, false information).

3. Use of Forms

User commitment:

  • →Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
  • →Not use the service for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Process:

  1. 1.You fill in the form (insurance needs).
  2. 2.Automatic/manual qualification by Portugal Insurance Hub.
  3. 3.Forwarding to the ASF-certified partner broker.
  4. 4.The broker contacts you to analyse your situation.

💯 Free service for the user. No fees are charged to you. Any commercial proposal is the sole responsibility of the broker.

4. Responsibilities

Our obligations:

  • ✓Process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • ✓Forward only to an ASF-certified broker.

Limitation of liability:

  • →We do not control the advice or offers made by the broker.
  • →No guarantee on the insurance contracts proposed.
  • →Our liability is limited to proven direct damages (max. €500).
  • →We are not responsible for decisions made following the referral.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content (texts, design, logos) is the exclusive property of BESEEO, UNIPESSOAL LDA and is protected by copyright. Personal use is permitted; any reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior written consent.
