4. Data Recipients
Your data is only shared with:
- →Our official, ASF-certified partner broker (sole recipient of qualified leads).
- →Secure technical hosts and tools (Netlify, Railway, anonymised Google Analytics).
No data selling. No sharing with direct insurers or unauthorised third parties.
5. Retention Period
- →Maximum 3 months if not forwarded to the broker.
- →Up to 5 years after transmission (legal prescription period for insurance matters).
- →Immediate deletion upon request or if consent is withdrawn.
6. International Transfers
No direct transfers outside the EEA are carried out. Google Analytics is configured with IP anonymisation and is subject to Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
